    And he got it right – except – the amount of water (he didn’t say) – one person – about 1/2 pint – English pint that is!

    I was told that the reason the milk is put in first is to cool the tea when it is poured in so it doesn’t crack the china cup! Sounds right to me. I don’t like loose tea – the leaves get everywhere.
