Yes indeed it will take a lot of prayer to get through. However, it will also require a proper understanding of the difference between “liberal” and “apostate”. Being a true Anglican mandates one to be a true Christian and that means one who accepts both the authority of Scripture and the uniqueness of Jesus Christ. For too long we have allowed ourselves to use the polite term of “liberal” when the correct terminology in many cases is “apostate”. We do indeed pray for this motion to pass and even more for the ABC to take it into account.
