The Vicar’s Attic is a forum style resource for ANiC plants looking for supplies and for those who have items to make available either by donation of for sale.

This is a work in progress and there will be a lot of format fiddling.

Also it would appreciated if you could add a link to your blogroll (if you have one.).

Blessings at this time of His Resurrection and Glory

Well, apparently some stuff is available from Louth church…

I saw that, somehow I doubt that will find it’s way into the Vicar’s Attic but stay locked in the Bishop’s basement. But we can always pray.

They are not going to get a lot of takers, the e-mail is wrong. Good ol’ Google I found another and e-mailed him. And posted the list in the Attic

And they spelt “available” incorrectly too. Never mind they are getting rid of the thurifer. I wonder what he thinks of that? Maybe they should just get rid of the thurible?
    An archdeacon no less.

I missed that, might be hard to package that one for UPS. I’m going to leave it as is and see who else catches it. Wonder if then send in takeout for the poor person, in the closet in a cold and lonely church, waiting for the sale the be completed.

This is Niagara. The thurifer in the closet ? LOL.

And if you think I’m going to say anything about the thurifer coming out of the closet, in Niagara, not gonna happen!

I told +Malcolm about that today. He said “you mean Thurible? Nope, Thurifer! Glad he didn’t bring his crosier today!

Well darn, seems the Archdeacon didn’t read his Diocese web page.

The items you have posted from St. Mark’s Louth were not sent to the Diocese of Niagara website. Please remove them as soon as possible. Do not post anything, until I receive the actual inventory, as per our canonical guidelines.

I have no idea what he is refering to in canons, but the Diocese is developing a reputation in that area. Suddenly its an issue when a misguided conservative gets interested in the stock.

    Steve L says:

    Yes from the Archdeacon

I hope you are doing as you are told and not posting anything ;-)

I’m waiting for confirmation about the posting on Diocese web site is in error. If we are talking about the same web page, I’ll delete the post, in the mean time I post the link by it’s self.
