Representatives of the Anglican Network in Canada and the two parishes of St George’s Lowville (Milton) and St Hilda’s (Oakville) – both of which have withdrawn from the Diocese of Niagara – met again today with representatives of the Diocese to continue a respectful discussion with the intention of achieving an interim solution. Discussions will continue tomorrow, Thursday, February 28.
Why do I have the Jeopardy theme stuck in my head…?
Kate: likely the right theme. This will end up in the courts, there is no way around it except through and very wonderful answer to prayer.
Jeopardy…yes there is jeopardy for the parishes and congregations, but not as much jeopardy as giving in to the Diocese of Niagara no matter what the outcome is.
