This is straight from the ANiC prayer calendar. I thought I would post it as is rather than waiting till my cold addled brain can think of prayers to write (or find, as the case may be)….

January 27
Common Cause Partners – Pray for our partners in Common Cause in North America. Pray for unity in Spirit and truth and for wisdom for the leaders.

January 28

Canadian Anglicans Pray for those who are unaware of the current crisis of faith. Thank God for the awareness created by the recent media coverage.

January 29

Archbishop Hiltz and the Council of General Synod (CoGS) Pray for the leaders of the Anglican Church of Canada. May they truly seek and submit to God.

January 30

Anglican Church of Canada (ACC)- Pray for charity and goodwill in our relations with the ACC, dioceses and bishops.

January 31

Archbishop of Canterbury Pray for Dr. Williams that he would know God’s will and have the courage to do it. He is under tremendous pressure.

February 1
Anglican Network in Canada – Pray for the work of the Network as we strive to
be faithful to Scripture, obedient to the leading of the Spirit of God and true to
authentic Anglicanism. Pray for clergy and parishes now discerning their future.

February 2
Bishop Donald Harvey (and wife, Trudy) – Pray for discernment to know
God’s leading, especially as the Network faces increasing opposition and the
strains of rapid growth. Also pray for Bishop Don as he speaks to the media.
