The 97 delegates to the Diocese of Ottawa Anglican synod voted for the continuation of one of the basic elements of the faith — one man, one woman — a faith that has sustained millions for 2,000 years. Another 177 delegates say they have found a “better” way, influenced by social forces that have arisen within church circles in less than a decade.
To the lady in tears and all others who feel the same, you’re not alone. God is with you. He’s with all of us who believe. Keep your faith.
