Roger Spack   Mr Roger Spack
Secretary, Anglican Essentials Canada
Secretary, Anglican Essentials Federation

With over forty years in the railway industry, Roger still accepts the occasional railway operations contract. He feels blessed to have made a career of what started as a boyhood fascination - trains. Today, Roger's major focus is renewal of Anglicanism in Canada. In addition to his involvements in the Essentials movement, he is also chairman of Anglican Renewal Ministries. Together with his wife, Lil, Roger makes his home in the Montreal suburb of Roxboro. They have two adult children and a 15-year-old grandson.

Roger's passion is evangelism, so he delights in organizing his parish's Alpha courses. His fear is that the fire of the Holy Spirit is being extinguished in the North American Anglican 'fireplace'. “But, I believe and pray that this fire will be rekindled and that the Church in Canada will grow in its commitment to Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit and, ultimately, will influence the life of our country.”
